The therapy will be done ONLINE. Make sure you are in a comfortable environment that no one disturb during the session.

Adjust the camera so that the therapist is able to see your facial expression and body reaction. If you are using mobile phone, it would be better to use a phone holder to fix the position.
You will be more concentrated if you use earphone.

The therapist will send you a questionnaire by email, in order to understand your background and the problem you want to solve.
After finishing the questionnaire, the therapist will confirm the date of first session.
Settle payment 24 hours before the first session.
The therapist will send you a reminder the day before the session.
